Log In To Perfect Gym/Single Sign On
The platform uses SSO for authentication, so the managers will need their YMCA login details to access Perfect Gym. All operation staff already have a YMCA account, and it is important that everyone who needs to log in to Perfect Gym has this set up prior to training.
If you don't remember your password, you can reset it here. https://selfservice.ymca.org.au/showLogin.cc
Note: All staff members will be allocated to the database of the centre they commenced their employment; if they have moved centres, IT will need to be notified to add them to their new centres PG database. Managers should ask staff when doing training whether any staff have commenced with the Y in another location so this can be actioned quickly. Managers are not to add staff under any circumstance to PG; please check with IT. Staff may need to be assigned to more than one location if they work across different contracts

Additional information based on your role within the facilities:
As a teacher assigned to a specific class, you will be using your SSO login permission to mark class attendance and record availabilities, among other things.
Your staff profile will have an employee payment plan attached to it, which grants you access to your assigned center and the classes within it.
Your monthly staff pass can grant you access to other centers affiliated with the facilities.
Note: A “Staff Employee” Profile will be created and attached to an employee payment plan so when staff from other centres or shared services attend, they can be given access and have their visit recorded accurately.
