Change your password. Here are a few steps you can take to reset your password.

Enter your current login details – email address and current password, click login

Click the Change password tab, enter your current password and new password

The new password must contain

Your password must have a minimum length of nine characters.

Your password must be different from your previous 4 passwords.

Your password cannot contain your first and last name.

Your password must contain one uppercase letter.

Your password must contain one lowercase letter.

Your password must contain one numeric character.

Your password must contain one special character.

Reset your forgotten password

Home page click Forgot password

Enter your email address and click continue

Enter the code appears on your Microsoft authenticator app and type the characters click continue

Reset your password
