How to use the Microsoft Authenticator app to reset your password

Please access the self-service portal and complete the enrollment process using Microsoft Authenticator. This will allow you to reset your password independently, eliminating the need to contact the helpdesk for assistance.
Please ensure that you have completed the setup steps for Microsoft Authenticator before your account expires or is potentially locked

1. Login to self-service with your YMCA login https://selfservice.ymca.org.au/showLogin.cc

2. Click on the enrolment tab

3. Select the Microsoft authenticator option and type the characters

5. Enrol using the QR code
