Use the following information and set-up to stay on brand and provide a consistent email signature across all our services.

OPTIONAL SIGNATURE ADDITIONS
We have a range of additional elements that individuals can choose to incorporate into their email signatures.
These include the Australian Childhood Foundation logo, Indigenous Acknowledgement statement, and social media icons.
When using any of these items, they are to be placed below your standard signature as in the example to the right.
To align with the National branding framework and create consistency across our services, promotional activity, programs, and service lines will not have custom or unique email signatures. Each graphic can be copied and pasted from this document into your Outlook signature. Please make sure to hyperlink any social media icons to their appropriate pages!
1. The Australian Childhood Accreditation logo. NB: Please ensure you are using the “reviewed” logo, not the “accredited” one that was previously in use.
2. Indigenous Acknowledgement statement. Please note that this was updated in May 2024.
The Y acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
3. Social media icons linking to specific channels. Don’t forget to hyperlink these to our corporate pages if used.
