How to Connect to Paloalto Global protect VPN
Step 1: Search for the "Global Protect" app on your computer and open it.
Note: If you do not see the Global Protect app, please reach out to our helpdesk via phone at 03 9403 5088 or email at [e-mail]. One of our team members will assist you in installing the Global Protect app on your computer.

Step 2: The following window will pop up on the right-hand side of the screen:
Enter "ymcavicgp.ymca.org.au" and click on the "Connect" button.

Step3: The web browser will prompt you to authenticate:
Please use your YMCA email address to validate your credentials.

Troubleshooting
1. If you do not see Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge launched as mentioned in the screenshot, please close all web browsers. Then, click the Connect button on the Global Protect application (located on the right-hand side of the screen).
